Over the past 17 years, TCTC has grown from a start-up to a full-service global clinical Contract Research Organisation (CRO) providing professional support to pharmaceutical biotechnology, medical device and academic businesses and institutions.

Advancement

We have successfully executed clinical trials for the first Gene therapy to be approved in Europe, with this approval trailblazing the way for other gene therapies in development.

Our first TCTC Employee Engagement Survey was launched at the end of June 2019.  The purpose was to allow us to acquire a better understanding of engagement across the company.

The survey was based upon the Gallup Q12, a set of questions proven to have a direct impact on engagement based upon worldwide research of over 1.5 million employees and verified by the likes of the Harvard Business Institute, the IRS, and, of course, Gallup.
